Delete Your Slote Account
Slote lets you permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from within the app, or by contacting us if you no longer have access to the app.
Option 1: Delete from within the app (recommended)
- Open the Slote app and sign in.
- Tap the menu icon (☰) to open the drawer, then tap Settings.
- Tap your profile name or email at the top of the Settings screen.
- Scroll to the Account section and tap Delete Account.
- Enter the word DELETE in the confirmation field and tap Confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately. This action:
- Permanently removes all your notes, folders, images, and drawing data from our servers.
- Removes your profile, email address, and username.
- Cancels any active Slote Pro subscription and removes your billing record. (Note: subscription refunds are governed by your platform's billing policy — contact Apple / Google / Stripe directly for refund requests.)
- Signs you out of all devices.
This cannot be undone. Your locally stored notes on each device are not deleted by this action — uninstall the app to remove them.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you no longer have access to the app or your account:
Email: support@slote.io
Subject: Account Deletion Request
Include: The email address associated with your Slote account.
We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm by reply email once deletion is complete.
